The New Diet Plan

So, I picked up this crazy diet book in London, "Six Weeks to OMG: Get Skinnier Than All Your Friends," by Venice A. Fulton.  I'm always struggling with my weight, and find myself doing the most ridiculous things to try to slim down.  This, by far, takes the cake!

Here's the synopsis of how your daily routine should go (and there are no "days off"):

  1. Get plenty of rest
  2. Skip breakfast
  3. Take a 15 degree Celsius bath for 15 minutes
  4. Drink up to 200 mg of plain black coffee
  5. Exercise for 45 minutes
  6. Don't eat for 3 hours
  7. Eat.  1/2 of the plate should be protein- any kind, cooked any way, with no sauce.  The other 1/2 of the plate should be carbs and veggies.  You can have 1 piece of fruit per day (only certain fruits) and only with this meal.  Consume no more than 60 carbs per day.  Don't count carbs for most veggies.
  8. Wait at least two hours.
  9. Exercise for 30 min.  Wait for 30 minutes.
  10. Eat again.  
  11. Wait at least two hours.
  12. Exercise for 15 minutes.  Wait for 15 minutes.
  13. Eat again.
  14. Blow up a balloon twenty times.
Other rules are: No snacking.  Consume Omega 3 and 6 everyday.  No foods with sugar or "ose" in the first three ingredients.  No hydrogenated fats or trans fats.  Drink lots of water.  Drink green tea. Lift weights every 10 days.  Only weigh one time per week- on the same scale, in the same place, naked (after you go to the bathroom)

Is anybody willing to try this with me?  No?  OMG!
